Shipping
- All items are shipped via USPS ground mail.
- We will ship USPS Priority/Express mail by request and will charge by the rates provided by the USPS.
- We charge a $7.00 flat rate shipping fee, per package, per US address.
- We provide free ground shipping on orders over $100.00 per US address. Free shipping excludes Priorty/Express mail.
- Sand-a-Baby Designs provides delivery confrimation. Upon receipt of that package, we are not responsible for items lost/damaged. We ship to all US states, including Alaska and Hawaii-additonal rates may apply.
*Local customers (in the Ponte Vedra/ Jacksonville Beaches area) may opt to pick up their order, to avoid shipping fees.

- All orders are made to order so most items ship within 1 week.
- Personalized or special orders may take up to 2 weeks.
- Customized orders will be handled on a individual basis.
When placing orders in November or December for Christmas gifts please contact us regarding ship-time to ensure Christmas delivery.
